First, a card is chosen to represent the questioner-
The form you fill out after purchasing a reading serves a two-fold purpose--- it enables me to connect to you, the questioner. It also allows me to choose a significator card for you, and give you a little personality background according to the cards.
Next, I relay the question you have asked, as I shuffle the deck.
I then lay the cards out in the Celtic cross configuration. 
The reading begins with:

The Overview, a narrative in which I study the layout and relationships between the cards. This is where I really dig in, and look at the relationships between the cards, and the special meanings the cards take on because of their positions. The overview is something many clients say keeps giving them information for some time to come....  It keeps unfolding.

Often, if the reading seems unfinished I add an extra card or two to get all the advice possible from the cards.  You always get a thoughtful reading from me, I put my full focus on you and your layout.
